The aim of experiments was determining of the effect of different levels of methionine in feed mixture on performance of laying hens and egg weight in second phase of laying. Hens ISA Brown got isoenergy mixtures with different cotents of methionine experiment 1 - 0,22%, 0,27%, 0,32% and experiment 2 - 0,27%, 0,35% a 0,40%. We find out some significant differences in traits of performance and egg weight in experiment with lower content of methionin in mixture. In experiment with higher levels of methionin we didn´t observe significant differences in performance of laying hens and egg weight.
