Antimicrobial tests were carried out in 10 m3 experimental test room. The room is airtight, equipped with gloves, inside is fan, sterilization UV lamp and vented output. There is nozzle for nebulization of airborne bacteria inoculation. For the inoculation, standardized bacterial solution is introduced through the nozzle by pressurized air. Application of the selected volatile compounds is carried out by their evaporation in the stream of air in selected concentrations. All bacterial counts are then normalized to 100% in the initial time to allow direct comparison.
