The impact of topography is important in precision agriculture management, mainly in explaining yield variability. That is why the main aim of this study was to discuss the possibility of modelling topographic features (digital elevation, slope and flowaccumulation models) created with the help of single flow 8-directions algorithm and/or multiple flow 8-directions algorithm from three different data sources on 11.5 hectares large experimental plot. The relationship between grown crops and topographicattributes was also evaluated. Topographic characteristics were created from two data sets of RTK-GPS and the data from airborne laser scanning. The results showed that all three data sources can be used for topographical characteristics creating for precision agriculture purposes. Common GIS software package can be used for flow accumulation evaluation. No important difference between flow accumulation models created from single and multiple flow 8-directions algorithm was found. From a
