The Food Chain Contamination Monitoring Program has created its routine organizational form. In the course of time the large-scale system of localities, contaminants and commodities, the sampler team and the set of cooperative laboratories have c significantly. Processing of samples is carried out according to rules of Proper Laboratory Practice and Quality Assurance and Control System. The duplicities in analyt and commodity set, which are observed also by other institutions and stat authorities, havebeen excluded. Their selections have been focused at new animal and vegetal analytical matrices which consist of both agricultural products and other elements of human food chains and bio-indic of environment. The set of cooperative laboratories and samplers have been reduced in such a way that organizational provision is better and more reliable now. The results are presented every year in reports
