Visiting teacher Ethel Baraona Pohl (Barcelona) leads the Reader for all readers workshop with Maria Topolcanská, Juliana Sokolová and Lynda Zein. Master's follow-up programme Theory of Architecture, 1st - 2nd year, KTDU AVU. The subject has been introduced into the curriculum as part of the new accreditation of the Architectural Design programme to support the internationalisation of English language teaching. Ethel Baraona Pohl (they/them), critically observing the real world. They are engaged in architecture criticism, writing and curating. Co-founder of DPR-Barcelona, an independent research studio and publishing house working in the fields of architecture, political theory and social environment. Editorial director of Quaderns d'arquitectura i urbanisme (Architecture and Urban Planning Registration Books) from 2011 to 2016. Their writing has been widely published in academic and independent publications, including the books Open-Source Architecture, The Form of Form, Together! The New Architecture of the Collective, Architecture is All Over, and interstate journals and magazines such as Harvard Design Magazine, ARQ, e-flux, and Volume. Their curatorial practices include, among others, Adhocracy ATHENS (curated with César Reyes and Pelin Tan, Onassis Cultural Centre, 2015; curated Joseph Grima's "Adhocracy" exhibition for the Istanbul Design Biennale 2012), ADI Culture Award 2016; and the author's exhibition and public program "Twelve Warning City Stories" (Matadero Madrid, 2020-21).
