The workshop was organized under the auspices of UNESCO/IUPAC course in Polymer Science, and supported by Strategy AV21 and Draslovka a.s. The meeting was focused on young scientists active in polymer science research. It was intended to provide a forum for mutual contacts among students and junior researchers at the start of their career in polymers. The participants presented the results of their research in front of a wide audience of junior and senior scientists. Almost all branches of contemporary polymer science were included. Furthermore, the part of this workshop was organized as a meeting between young scientists and representatives from industry.
