The article scrutinizes the impact of the choice of type of meaningful unit (word-form, lemma, hreb) on the value of thematic concentration of texts. It further presents an analysis of diffuseness of texts which takes into account the so-called thematicwords. A highly inflected language - Slovak - is used for all analyses involved.
