Este artículo examina la producción textual de Delmira Agustini (1886-1914) a partir del análisis de sus manuscritos digitalizados en el Archivo Delmira Agustini de la Biblioteca Nacional de Uruguay. Entendemos los manuscritos como huellas del proceso creativo en el que las tachaduras, correcciones, adiciones y sustituciones léxicas revelan tensiones expresivas (Louis Hay, 1994; Roland Barthes, 2002) que iluminan la dinámica compositiva de la autora. El estudio se centra en «Racha de cumbres» (1907), contrastando su versión manuscrita con la edición impresa, y se amplía con otros poemas que muestran recurrencias en su poética, como la construcción de antonimias y un imaginario sensorial integral. Estos materiales permiten entrever la escritura como búsqueda y experimentación, y ofrecen claves para renovar la lectura crítica de la poesía latinoamericana de inicios del siglo XX.

This article studies the textual production of Delmira Agustini (1886-1914) based on the analysis of her digitalized manuscripts in the Delmira Agustini Archive of the National Library of Uruguay, as the traces of her creative process in which crossing out, corrections, additions, and lexical substitutions reveal expressive tensions (Louis Hay, 1994; Roland Barthes, 2002) that bring light to the author’s compositional dynamics. This study focuses on «Racha de cumbres» (1907), contrasting her manuscripts with the printed edition, focusing later on other poems that reveal recurring elements in the author’s poetics, such as the construction of antonymic pairs and a complete sensory imagery. These materials offer insights into writing as a search and experimentation process, and provide crucial clues for renewing the critical reading of early 20th-century Latin American poetry.
