The work deals with the avaluation of specific eLearning course, which was created for customers of mobile operator. Evaluation of the eLearning course proceeded according to the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model. Evaluation questionnaires were adjusted according to theevalution results, espeially those items that are important in the training of employees, but in customer satisfaction surveys are irreelevant.
