Experimental verification of axial bearing capacity of bolted joint in dependence on humidity
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Bolted joints are a popular and relatively widespread method of joining wood-based materials in details not only of flat roofs. However, in some types of materials used to create structural details of flat roofs (for example, the above-mentioned wood-based materials), corrosion environments for bolted joints can be created in conjunction with increased humidity. The aim of this work was to verify the bearing capacity of bolted joints in various base materials (OSB board, birch waterproof wooden plywood and poplar waterproof wooden plywood) depending on the moisture state of the base layer. The aim was to find out whether the corrosive environment can degrade the bolted joint to such an extent that the detail could be destroyed, as the knowledge from practice suggested. At the same time, the axial bearing capacity of the bolted joint for the base layer in the dry state and in the increased humidity was also tested. The increased humidity was achieved by the climatic chamber. In conclusion, the results of both tests are compared. (C) SGEM2019.
