The aims of this article are briefly describe of the Lean Company and make a proposal of the information system that can give support for manager decision making. On Fig 1 is shown the proposal of the information system that is based on Lean Company's criterions. With help of this system companies can be able to decrease costs and waste and make their business more efficient. Because of this they can gain competitive advantage on global market.
