One of the key tasks which are necessary to be solved in case of distribution of products from places of production to final customers, is a problem of optimization of distributive system. In this problem we decide the method (the way) how to supply thecustomers. If the supplies are going to proceed through in-process store or directly. Although the issue of optimization of distributive system structure can be actual not only when it is proposed but in any phase of its process. The important phase of optimization process is the choice of suitable optimization criterion. Generally the optimization criterion must fulfill two basic conditions. It must express the real interest of an operator (should take in account the problems which an operator needs toremove) and must be also well quantifiable. In the submitted report there are used two criterions for suggestion of distributive system structure - the costs for maintenance of distributive system are minimized and reliability of deliver
