The overwiew of the theoretical basics of codes with sequential decoding and experimental modelling of the main parts of code systems of turbo codes. Simulation of models of the blocks of turbo code systems was done in VHDL laguage. The results of experiments give the clear answer on the way of realisation and construction of recurrent generic matrixes, and used polynomials.
