Design, implementation and launch of the innovative DRIVES Framework (www.drives-compass.eu) - later renamed ASA Skills Framework. This Framework enables the benchmarking and description of job roles and competences in the EU automotive industry and other associated sectors within the industry. The Framework offers a pan-European database of training courses for the automotive industry and acts as a &apos;broker&apos; between the skills/competence/job role needs of the industry and the training offers through advertising across the EU market. Industry has the opportunity to choose the &apos;right training&apos; and &apos;training pathway&apos;, while training providers can see what levels of training and competences are needed and prepare training on demand according to these needs. In addition, a harmonised approach to recruitment and workforce mobility is achieved across the sector through the DRIVES digital badge (micro-credentials), which is awarded based on the achievement of skills/competencies at a certain level, where quality is assured through proper mapping.Since its pilot launch, the framework includes 84 training sessions from 34 individual providers, and 3,747 digital badges (micro-credentials) have been issued to 429 people. The Framework continues to be expanded within the Automotive Skills Alliance (www.automotive-skills-alliance.eu), where it is seen as one of the future main tools in the selection of courses and microcredentials.

Framework je nadále rozšiřován v rámci aliance Automotive Skills Alliance (www.automotive-skills-alliance.eu), kde je brán jako jeden z budoucích hlavních nástrojů v oblasti výběru kurzů a microcredentials.
