This paper explores the development and implementation of an augmented re-ality (AR) application tailored for business and industrial environments, lever-aging the potential of Extended Reality (XR) technologies to enhance opera-tional efficiency and expand workplace capabilities. The study begins with a theoretical foundation, presenting key concepts of augmented reality, its technological prerequisites, and the necessary hardware for practical applications in the field. The primary objective was to design, develop, and deploy a custom XR application that demonstrates the utility of augmented reality in addressing real-world challenges within corporate settings. This application integrates state-of-the-art AR features to streamline processes and support innovative workflows. The findings of this research highlight the transformative potential of XR technologies, emphasizing their practical applications and benefits for enhancing productivity in the business and industrial sector.
