Influence of the Number of Measured Samples on the Results of the Analysis of Repeatability and Reproducibility of the Measurement System.
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is one of the basic tools of quality management, which deals with assessing the quality of the measured data. Currently, the most common method used in this analysis is the analysis of repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system (GRR). For economic or time reasons, is not always possible to perform this analysis with the recommended number of samples. This article is aimed at assessing the impact of the number of samples used for the implementation and results of the analysis of repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system. They analyzed the effects of a reduced number of samples for analysis results, particularly in relation to confidence intervals determined values of repeatability andreproducibility of measurements (Fig. 1). As part of this article is an analysis of the conditions under which you can influence the number of samples to minimize the results of the analysis GRR.
