Vorrichtung zum Messen der Permeabilität von Membranen, umfassend ein optisches Prisma, auf dessen Vorderseite eine Metallbeschichtung aufgebracht ist, das mit mindestens einem Detektionspunkt versehen ist, an dem eine Quelle elektromagnetischer Strahlen, ein Spiegel und ein Sensor außerhalb des Körpers angeordnet sind des optischen Prismas. Auf der Metallbeschichtung ist eine Messzelle angebracht, die aus einem an die Oberfläche der Metallbeschichtung angrenzenden Detektionselement, einem Durchflusselement und einem Druckmodul besteht, wobei das Detektionselement und das Durchflusselement in Rahmen zwischen mindestens einer Membran ausgebildet sind und wobei das Erfassungselement mit mindestens einem Ausschnitt versehen ist, dessen Geometrie eine senkrechte Projektion der wirksamen Membranfläche in die Prismenflächenfläche ergibt, und das Durchflusselement mit einem Fenster versehen ist, wodurch voneinander getrennte Messkammern und in der Messzelle werden gasdichte Strömungskammern gebildet.

Device for measuring the permeability of membranes comprising an optical prism, on the front of which a metal coating with at least one detection point is applied, where a source is set outside the body of the optical prism of electromagnetic beams, mirror and sensor. A measuring cell is mounted on the metal coating, which consists of a detection member adjacent to the surface of the metal coating, a flow member and a pressure module; the detection member and the flow member are frame shaped, between which at least one membrane is placed, and the detection member has at least one cut out, the geometry of which gives a perpendicular projection of the effective surface of the membrane into the face surface of the prism, and the flow member has a window ; measuring chambers and gas-tight flow chambers are formed in the measuring cell by the measured membrane.
