Present economical environment in the Czech Republic, tends more and more to the orientation of quality satisfying their customer requirements. Tool for affective satisfaction of customer requirements is process engineering (management), which is increasingly used by top management. Process management is implemented in organizations on different levels (COBIT, CMM). One of the basic demands for high level organization process management is high-quality elaboration and actualization of model process framework, which is continuously confronted with the changing targets and conditions of organizations activities. For that reason the authors in this paper are referring of role and importance of model process framework in projects of business process analysis.
