The aim of this paper is to present the work of the research team who tried to construct a model that explorer general opinions of students about education on Facebook and also opinions of students about education on social page of course E-marketing byusing structural equation model. Facebook has already been present at universities due to the fact that students use it as a primary source of information about news in courses, duties and so on. Research team made the experiment in course of E-marketingat EkF VŠB ? TUO, when Facebook was used as a tool of communication between students and teachers. The attitude of students about education of Facebook was explored by questioning using pre-defined variables. First form of the model was designed by factor analysis with method Varimax, when six groups of factors that affect respondents´ opinions about education were defined.
