Tourism in its massive form has been a phenomenon of the last 40 years. The positive contribution of tourism to the development of national and localeconomies nad its impact on society is indisputable.However, in recent years, opinions on its negative impacts have begun to appear that are related mainly to the uncontrolled development of massive tourism. Negative consequences are evident, especially in the area of environmental damage, to the level that in some destinations, residents&apos;negative attitudes against tourists are beginning to appear. The management of tourist destination is looking for ways to consider the sustainable tourism development issue in their strategic development plans, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. This article to identify the limits of sustainable tourism development from the perspective entrepreneurs in this sectro in the Czech Republic in the post-pandemic era. To achieve the set goal, qualitativ research methods will be used in the form of focus groups, analysis of secondary data and field tourism development as a possible toool for sustainable tourism in the Czech Republic.
