Evaluation of Process Products fom Pyrolysis and Gasification of Dried Digestates
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
A treatment and a disposal of wastes from the agriculture is an important issue of total agricultural production. From the operations without litter arise the substrate, called the slurry, whose direct use as a fertilizer has proved to be so problematicthat there are efforts for alternative ways of its processing. One option is an anaerobic fermentation or co-fermentation of slurry to produce the biogas and the digestate. Due to the relatively strict legislative requirements that are set for emerging digestates for-use as fertilizer or for reclamation, it is necessary to design and evaluate other potential use of digestates. This paper presents the laboratory pyrolysis and gasification experiments of dried digestates, focusing on the composition of gaseous products from these processes and their calorific values. The calorific value of gas reached 16 MJ.m-3. Options of further use of solid residues from the pyrolysis and gasification process were evaluated, based on the iodine adsorpt
