Anna Gavalda en tant que femme-écrivain préf&#232;re raconter une histoire avec de vrais personnages plutôt que d'exposer son moi dans le texte Son cas témoigne de ce qu'on appelle le retour au récit, car elle crée des histoires situées dans notre époqueen utilisant une écriture simple et pourtant poétique. Notre article analyse la motivation des personnages du roman Ensemble, c'est tout. Les héros gavaldiens sont fortement marqués par le manque de sécurité familiale, ils souffrent de l'ordre naturel perdu des choses et vivent l'anonymat de la société moderne o&#249; les liens traditionnels sont brisés.La fascination de Camille, l'héro&#239;ne principale, pour la mort aboutit &#224; l'hommage et &#224; la célébration de la vie.

In the period of the hegemony of autobiographic novels, Anna Gavalda, contemporary French prosaist, opts for the return to the narration. In her works, whose plots are set in present times, she narrates the stories of common people. She shows affection for the characters who are striving to live, despite numerous problems and failures. Our paper analyses the motivation of the behaviour of the central figures of novel Ensemble, c'est tout, in which the author deals with the topics of life and death, absence of the family and natural order of things, causing the isolation of individuals, their wanderings and failures. Camille, the central character, is a mentally and physically exhausted young woman, standing at the threshold of death. Despite the experienced suffering, she is able to find in her self a path towards the life and other people.
