Česko-anglická analyticko-teoretická studie se na základě autopsie, interview a relevantní teoretické literatury z oblasti humanitních věd zaměřené na koncepty těla a tělesnosti zabývá tematizací těla (a pohybu), jež jsou specifickým způsobem indisponovaná a tvůrci samotnými (záměrně) nazírána jako těla takzvaně jiná. Cílem studie je poukázat na percepci tohoto jiného těla stran tvůrců samotných a na způsob jejich (sebe)prezentace a (sebe)tematizace prostřednictvím uměleckého díla. Konkrétní příklady jsou blíže demonstrovány na tzv. &quot;crip-choreografii&quot; rakouského choreografa Michaela Turinskeho.

The Czech-English analytical theoretical article, based on an autopsy, interviews and relevant theoretical literature from the field of Humanities focused on the concepts of the body and corporeality, deals with the thematization of bodies and movement, which are disabled in a specific way and are (intentionally) perceived by the artists themselves as the so-called &quot;other bodies”. The aim of the article is to point out the perception of these &quot;other bodies” by the artists themselves and the way of their (self)presentation and (self)thematization through their work. The significant examples are demonstrated on the so-called “crip-choreography” of the Austrian choreographer and performer Michael Turinsky.
