A workshop on mobility recognition in higher education aims to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective recognition practices for student and staff mobility experiences. Participants will explore the significance of recognizing periods spent abroad, including study and training, as essential for fostering international competence and enhancing employability. The workshop will cover strategies for developing clear frameworks that align with institutional goals and accreditation standards, ensuring that learning outcomes from mobility experiences are formally acknowledged. Additionally, it will emphasize the importance of creating supportive structures that facilitate mobility, such as mobility-friendly curricula and digital management systems. By promoting collaboration among institutions, the workshop seeks to address challenges in recognition processes and share best practices.
