Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die Vorstellung die Rolle der Laien im Prozess der Synodalität. Im Mittelpunkt steht die theologische Perspektive. Die Studie zeigt, durch welche ekklesiologischen Ausgangspunkte die Stellung der Laien bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben in den synodalen Organen bestimmt wird. Als Bezugspunkt wird das CCEO mit seinen spezifischen synodalen Formen genommen. Nach einem kurzen historischen Exkurs wird die Theologie des Zweiten Vatikanischen Konzils betrachtet, die das Verständnis der Synodalität neu definiert. Als nächster Schritt wird die Lehre des Papstes Franziskus über die Synodalität vorgestellt. Die Studie erwähnt auch einige der synodalen Formen im CCEO und die rechtlichen Formen der Eingliederung der Laien in die synodale Tätigkeit. Abschließend wird der ekklesiologisch begründete kanonische Wert der synodalen Tätigkeit der Laien vorgebracht und einige kritische Anmerkungen zu diesem Thema formuliert.

The aim of this study is to introduce the role of laypeople in the process of synodality. The focus is on the theological perspective. The study shows what ecclesiological starting points determine the position of the laity in the performance of their tasks in the synodal organs of the Church, with regard to specific synodal forms in the CCEO. After a short historical excursion, the theology of the Second Vatican Council will be introduced, which redefines the understanding of synodality. The next step is to introduce Pope Francis&apos; teaching on synodality. The study also mentions some of the synodal forms in the CCEO and the legal forms of incorporation of the laity into synodal activity. Finally, the author presents the theological basis for the synodal activity of the laity from the perspective of canon law and formulates some critical remarks on this topic.
