Das Kapitel stellt die Struktur der zweiten Darstellung des Wissenschaftslehre-Systems dar, wie Fichte sie während der zweiten Phase seiner Lehrtätigkeit in Jena ausgearbeitet hat. Es wird der Fortschritt gegenüber der Grundlage aufgezeigt, insofern die vorliegende Darstellung nicht nur eine Änderung der Methode, sondern auch eine wesentliche Ergänzung der Inhalte darstellt, die Fichte inzwischen auf dem Gebiet der besonderen philosophischen Lehren des Rechts und der Moral ausgearbeitet hat. Auf diese Weise nimmt insbesondere die Theorie der Intersubjektivität eine zentrale Rolle in der Darstellung der theoretischen Philosophie selbst ein, die so in der Lage ist, die Grundlage der Synthese der intelligiblen Welt aufzuzeigen. Das Kapitel behandelt außerdem die Beziehung zwischen den Manuskripten der Vorlesungen, die Fichte gemäß der neuen Fassung der Wissenschaftslehre hielt, und dem Wenigen, das er davon im Philosophischen Journal in Form von Einleitungen als Versuch einer neuen Darstellung der Wissenschaftslehre veröffentlichen konnte.

This chapter outlines the structure of the second exposition of the Wissenschaftslehre system, as developed by Fichte during the second phase of his teaching at Jena. It shows the progress made with respect to the Grundlage, insofar as the present exposition constitutes not only a change in method, but also a substantial integration of the content developed in the meantime by Fichte in the field of the special philosophical doctrines of law and morality. In this way, the theory of intersubjectivity in particular plays a central role in the exposition of theoretical philosophy itself, which thus becomes capable of showing the foundation of the synthesis of the intelligible world. The chapter also discusses the relationship between the manuscripts of Fichte&apos;s lectures according to the new version of the Wissenschaftslehre and the little that he was able to publish in the Philosophisches Journal in the form of Einleitungen as Versuch einer neuen Darstellung der Wissenschaftslehre.
