Model nezreagovaného jádra při optimizaci koželužných procesů

Klihovka je důležitou surovinou pro výrobu obalů na párky. Vzniká při výrobě usně ze surové kůže. Před dalším použitím je potřeba z ní odstanit hydroxid vápenatý. V tomto článku diskutujeme použití různých odvápňovacích činidel. Navrhujeme matematický model odvápňování založený na modelu nezreagovaného jádra. Předkládáme numerické řešení, ve kterém sledujeme koncentraci jednotlivých chemických látek a pohyb volné hranice acido-bazického rozhraní. Experimentálním postupem jsme zjistili příslušné difusníkoeficienty. Při vyhodnocení experimentálních dat jsme použili některá zajímavá zjednodušení, jejichž oprávněnost zkoumáme srovnáním s numerickým řešením plného modelu.

Pure calcimine is the main raw material for sausage casings production. Calcimine is a valuable by-product originating during the processing of cured hide into leather. For further usage, it is necessary to remove calcium hydroxide from calcimine. In this article, we discuss the usage of various deliming agents and evaluate them with respect to environment protection. Further, mathematical description of the deliming process is presented, which is based on the non-reacted nucleus approach. Numerical solution of the model is found, concentration fields of the reacting chemicals described and the evolution of the acido-basic boundary inside the calcimine shown. Experimental determination of the respective diffusion coefficients is also included. For experimental data processing, some simplified quantitative relations are exploited. These relations are justified by comparing them to the numerical solution of the full model.
