Aufgrund meiner persönlichen pastoralpädagogischen Praxis bin ich dazu gekommen, dass die echte Bildung nicht in der Annahme irgendwelcher Lehre, in der wissenschaftlichen Theorie oder im Dogma steckt, zwecks des Diploms und um den Weg zur Karriere zu erwerben, sondern in der persönlichen Selbstgestaltung, im Existentialgeschehen und im Verantwortungsengagieren. Der zentrale Sinn dieses Engagierens ist Jesus Christus, der uns damit beantragt hat, das Gottesreich zu realisieren. Es verlangt kenosis (dieErkenntnis) von eigener Person und dadurch auch des Anspruchs des eigenen Ich zur Erkenntnis der Wahrheit, kenosis für den Gott, der uns in Jesus auffordert in die neue persönliche Beziehung mit ihm.

The author, in his report based on historic background, highlights a significance of upbringing and education. Education is the search for the Truth and the Light and stimulates a human being to comprehend the world he is living in and to assume responsibility for it. It is necessary to see the difference between education in general and present educational process offered by the school system. The latter is a matter of everydayness. It is a system of practical provisions and procedures where on asked questions you have ahead prepared answers. The school system increases dependence of a human being on the institution. The way out is metanoia that is not about where someone is studying but who is in charge of lecturing. In other words it is the return to reputation.
