Specific display of risk behaviour of children and youth reflex the state of the society. They are its permanent parts and sensibly react on social changes and problems. The aim of the theoretical report is to demonstrate the causes' determination of social pathology according to I.A. Bláha. He goes out from the idea that the disruption of social order evokes a state, which particular part of the society reacts by pathological behaviour to. The objective is also to determine selected sociological theories of deviant behaviour, mainly the area of labelling, stigmatization and to clarify the contextures with teaching experience on the basis of literature.
