This paper presents research results published up to the present time and proposes further research into the specific form of sustainable tourism - WWOOFing. It presents survey results of the study conducted by the author with Czech hosts registered in the database of the National organization WWOOFcz in 2010, which dealt with the benefits of membership in WWOOF for the hosts. Furthermore, the paper presents relevant data acquired by other researchers around the world. The findings of the paper shows onthe interdisciplinarity of the issue and different ways how to scientifically approach the problem. Lastly, the paper proposes further research into the field and its possible aiming.
