The paper describes the research conducted under a project financed by Internal Grant Agency at MUAF Brno among organizations in the Czech Republic during year 2006. The objective of this research was to analyze the degree of using CRM systems. In the paper, individual phases of the research are described -- respondents selection, methods of addressing them, information collection, and results processing.
