The university education level graduates are part of the risk category in the economically active age, whose has a significant problem to find a job in the labour market. The research has been focus on defining key factors influencing the creation of competitive advantages of tertiary education graduates entering labour market as well as to identify the effectiveness of these factors in the process of entering the tertiary education graduates in the labour market.The methods of analysis were used in theprocessing of a survey of graduates from three universities Czech republic, namely: Masaryk University Czech republic, Mendel University in Brno, and Brno University of Technology, at all levels of higher education degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD ) completed by respondents no more than two years ago. The purpose of research has been to define the crucial factors influencing the entry the labour market efficiency.
