The sugar production in the Czech Rep. has a long tradition. In the fiscal year 2014-2015, around 746 producers have grown this crop on 53 800 hectares and had an average yield of 78.11 t/ha with sugar concentration of 15.91%, and sugar yield polarization of 12.42 t/ha.The economy of the sugar beet is dependent on the used agricultural technologies, the price of various inputs and the price of commodities. The regulation of the agricultural techniques therefore must be based on knowledge of the dynamicsof the growth, which may be significantly affected by habitat conditions. These techniques can be varied; and this paper is devoted to the changing states of the plant in the second half of its vegetation in the region of Moravia in the Czech Republic.During the period of 2005 - 2011 annually have been conducted a sampling by 30 to 40 agricultural subjects. The samples were taken in the 31st, 33rd, 35th, and 37th week of the growing period of the sugar beet. During the data collection
