Identification of unknown almond genotypes by SSR analysis
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this work was identification of almond genotypes in the old orchards which are intended to be restored. An analysis of microsatellite loci was used for genotypes identification and for genetic diversity study within 23 analysed almond accessions. 12 genotypes works as reference samples from germplasm collection of cultivars registered in the Czech Republic. Rest of 11 genotypes were unknown genotypes from the orchards around Hustopece city (Czech Republic), whereas Hustopece area is only typical region for almond planting in Czech Republic. These unknown genotypes were collected from trees with highest morphological differences. For analysis were used 6 SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers derived from apricot genome. An UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean) analysis divided analysed almond genotypes into three major clusters. 4 ones from unknown genotypes had same SSR profile as cultivar 'Zora', 4 ones shown similarity with 'Nikitskij' cultivar and 3 on
