The article compares the principles and the methodology of internal and external evaluation the educational process, staff and school facilities at three universities: HES Amsterdam, School of Business Reno (Nevada) and FMIT Hradec Kralove. There are similarities in all the systems. Differences are mainly in managing the process and in publicising the results (especially in the parts of modules and school evaluation).
