The inventory management, storage, production, and consumption, represents the core function oflogistics management in a enterprise Despite the importance of the inventory management to industrial scheduling applications, there has been little research that has directly addressed the production, consumption, and storage of inventory as part of a logistics analysis. Contribution of the article is the inventory optimization solutions based on ABC analysis of stocks for commercial firm engaged in selling of building materials .
