Workflow and data provenance support in Job Provenance

Development of this prototype application was motivated by the First Provenance Challenge (http://twiki.ipaw.info/bin/view/Challenge/FirstProvenanceChallenge). It is based on Job Provenance service, and it extends its functionality in the following way:- Explicit tracking of workflows. For Job Provenance itself workflows are ordinary jobs, their internal structure is not revealed. The prototype adds the functionality that extracts the workflow structure from the internal job descriptions, and makes itavailable explicitely for queries. - Data provenance. Job Provenance, as the system name suggests, is strongly oriented on tracking jobs. With the prototype we demonstrate that Job Provenance can be used to solve also most of data-related provenance tasks.
