IINC is a software package (both for Windows and Linux) of classification methods based on notion of the distribution mapping exponent. The exponent is very similar to singularity exponent or fractal or multifractal dimension used for study of fractals and multifractals. Added are classical nearest neighbors methods 1-NN and k-NN. The package contains program code in c++ written so that can be compiled and run both in Windows and Linux environment. Binaries for Windows and Linux as well as testing example are included. In papers and reports attached to the package theoretical basis and details of methods are described. This software is freeware with no warranty and for non-commercial use only.
