Volume consists mainly of analytical part, documentary part and of the mass media resonance of Sudeten German question after 1989 in the Czech Republic and Germany. In analytical part more than 25 scientist studies deals with the most important moments of the Czech-German relations in the 19th ? 20th century with the concentration on the expulsion and transfer of Sudeten German from Czechoslovakia after the End of the IInd World War, as well as on the relevant Decrees of the president of CSR, Dr. EdvardBeneš. In the documentary part are published the most important documents relating to the questions under the discussion. Furthermore are included in the volume the expertises of internationally acknowledged lawyers according the contemporary state of relevant Decrees of president E. Beneš.
