The purpose of the national report (EGGSIE - Group of experts on Gender, Social Inclusion and Employment) is to inform the Commission ( Equality Unit and country desk) as to: The main gender equality issues in employment for the Czech Republic and the assessment of the adequacy of the policy approach and the gender mainstreaming fo he NRP and employment chapter, macroeconomic context, employment trends, gender equality trends, developments in gender equality policy infrastructure, assessment of adequacyof the approach given the employment and gender equality challenges. Gender mainstreaming is completely missing in the Czech NRP 2006. No gender disaggregated statistics, no targets, no gender impact assessment.
