Une analyse approfondie en collaboration avec des spécialistes francais et tcheques, sur les activités de Vincenc Kramář (1877 - 1960) comme collectionneur, comme historien de l'art et comme organisateur. Une documentation des plus completes de la collection Kramář (Picasso, Filla, Derain, Šíma etc.), suivie d'une étude portant sur la théorie de l'art, la méthodologie et les activités de Kramář comme directeur de la Pinacotheque de la Société patriotique des Amis des Arts Plastiques. On y trouve une documentation détaillée de l'activité intellectuelle de Kramář, surtout en relation avec le milieu francais, ses contacts et sa correspondance avec des amis francais (D.H.Kahnweiler), une documentation enrichie de certains matériaux originaux (comme du fameux 'carnet de croquis negre' de 1913), suivie, en fin, de la traduction francaise inédite de quelques essais et fragments de textes de Kramář.

A complex study of the activities of Vincenc Kramář (1877-1960) as a collector, art historian and organiser, written by French and Czech experts in co-operation. The most complete dossier on Kramář's collection (Picasso, Filla, Derain, Šíma, etc.), a study of Kramář's theory of art, methodology, activity as the director of the Gallery of the Society of Patriotic Friends of Visual Arts. A detailed documentation of Kramář's intellectual activity mainly in relation to the French environment, his contacts and correspondence with French friends (D.H.Kahnweiler), a complete dossier on some materials (e.g., the so-called nigger sketchbook from 1913). Finally, there is the first translation of some studies and fragments of Kramář's texts into French.
