Am 18. und 19. Juli 2024 fand nach zwei Jahren wieder der Kongress „Aktuelle Fragen der Mozart-Forschung V.“ unter der Schirmherrschaft der Präsidentin des CAS, Prof. Eva Zažímalová, CSc. statt, der vom Kunsthistorischen Institut des CAS und der Mozart-Gemeinde in der Tschechischen Republik in der Villa Lanna organisiert wurde. Der führende deutsche Musikwissenschaftler und Dirigent Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Peter Gülke sprach über den sensiblen Bereich der musikalischen Interpretation von Mozarts Werken. Außerdem wurden neue Archivfunde zu Mozarts Werken und unbekannte Quellen aus dem Briefwechsel zwischen Mozarts Witwe Constanze und ihren Söhnen präsentiert. Anlässlich des Doppeljubiläums der bedeutenden Prager Sängerin und Mozart-Freundin Josepha Duschek (1754-1824) stand neben einem kleineren Musikprogramm auch eine Sektion zu diesem Thema auf dem Kongressprogramm.

On 18-19 July 2024, after two years, the congress “Aktuelle Fragen der Mozart-Forschung V.” took place again under the auspices of the President of the CAS, Prof. Eva Zažímalová, CSc., and was organised by the Institute of Art History of the CAS and the Mozart Society in the Czech Republic at Villa Lanna. The leading German musicologist and conductor Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Peter Gülke spoke about the sensitive area of the musical interpretation of Mozart’s works. Furthermore, new archival finds relating to Mozart’s works and unknown sources of correspondence between Mozart’s widow Constanze and her sons were presented. In connection with the double jubilee of the important Prague singer and Mozart’s friend Josefa Dušková (1754-1824), the congress programme also included a session on this topic, as well as a smaller musical programme.
