Search for Microplane Model Parameters
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Through the last decades, hand in hand with the growth of computer performance, the so-called artificial intelligence or soft-computing methods were developed as alternatives to traditional solutions of problems which are difficult to be defined, described or resolved using traditional ones. Genetic algorithms (GA's) are good examples of these methods. Some improvements during our previous work on GA resulted in the SADE algorithm. This optimization tool is hereafter used to find a set of parameters ofa constitutive model for concrete called the microplane model. It is a fully three-dimensional model, which includes many types of loading, unloading and cyclic loading and incorporates the development of anisotropy within the material. The main disadvantage of this model is the numerical demand, which is manifold in comparison with traditional approaches. For the microplane model, a particular type of concrete is described using 8 parameters: Young's modulus, Poisson ratio and other si
