The main goal of the paper is focused on the effect of the input parameters to the suitable mathematical models of the underground structures. In the following part the Fuzzy techniques are summarized and the Fuzzy arithmetic using on the Index Q rock mass classification is mentioned. The next part of the paper is focused on the stochastic simulation - Monte Carlo Simulation is shortly described while Latin Hypercubes method is described in detailed. At the end the application of the statistical analysis of the input parameters on the numerical modelling of Prague tunnels Mrázovka and Špejchar - Pelc Tyrolka is shown
