This paper aims to find new design solutions to lower stiffening ring cooling tower construction. There are solved new proposals this exposed part, mainly due to achieving better structural conditions. Another aim of this study is to test the resulting proposals on real specimens and better demonstrate their functionality. It will be also mentioned the issue of creation these specimens of shell construction and implementation real loads on them.
