Die Staatsgrenze zwischen dem Freistaat Sachsen, einem Bundesland der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, und der Tschechischen Republik gehört zu den ältesten auf dem europäischen Kontinent und ist der älteste Teil der Staatsgrenzen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Im Text werden wir kurz wird kurz auf die an der Grenze oder in deren Nähe erhaltenen Vermessungsdenkmäler sowie auf deren aktuellen Zustand eingehen.

The state border between the Free State of Saxony, a federal state of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Czech Republic is one of the oldest on the European continent and is the oldest part of the state borders of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the text we will briefly discuss the survey monuments preserved on or near the border and their current condition.
