Isothermal calorimetry database of 65 cements and approximations
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The database contains heat flow and released heat from isothermal calorimetry carried out at 20°C. There are 65 industrially produced cements, which cover a wide range from Portland (CEM I), Portland-slag-limestone (CEM II), blastfurnace (CEM III), composite (CEM V), alkali-activated and sulfocalcic cements. Water/cement ratio was kept mostly in the range 0.40-0.45, the shortest measurement time took 237 h and the mean time equals to 421 h. Each cement is approximated with a four-parametric affinity hydration model with the standard deviation of error as 4.11 J/g, and with a two-parametric exponential model. Data were measured during years 2018-2025. The database contains three files: Isothermal calorimetry-cements.zip - measured data Fit-affinity.zip - fit by affinity hydration model Fit-exponential.zip - fit by exponential hydration model The data and fitted hydration models were published in the article: V. Šmilauer, J. Edelmannová, P. Reiterman: Isothermal calorimetry database of 65 cements with analytical approximations, Ceramics-Silikáty, Volume 70, Issue 1, 2026, https://doi.org/10.13168/cs.2025.0048
