Types of implications avaible from Conceptual Model, UML Model and Fuzzy Qualitative Model of complex and heterogeneous system in pre-implementation stage (without possibility of direct feedback loop verification) are presented in the proposed paper. There is extended the field of methods used (with effort to utilise as much as possible of avaible relevant but not focused information) in the design and pre-implementation stage (as are methods of scenarios, "What/If" models, FMEA/FMWCA methods and others). As a special feature of implications from models discussed in this paper is their close association to development of control system for a modelled large scale system. The presented approach is gradually explained by means of example of Ventilation Process a Road Tunnel and its Control System. As an application field aand data support have been used experience and conditions from one of Road Tunnels in Prague.
