This article deals about pre-stressed tapered roller bearings in the bearing units used in agricultural technology. This sector has difficult conditions. We can use only massive and simple design of bearing units. These designs of pre-stressed bearings do not almost allow fine tuning and finding tensioning forces. Proper tension makes friction torque, which generate heat. The warming of bearings will be determined with thermocouples. Friction torque and temperature will be recorded. The biggest preloadwithout overheating will be recommended for manufacture. And friction torque for this set of preload will be control parameter.
