Presented work deals with finite element analysis of composite part called Bearing for the aircraft door. Composite part is manufactured by consolidation of C/PPS pellets with random orientation. Three loading cases were analyzed and according to the results the shape of the part was changed. This new design was analyzed again and results were compared with each other.
